About the Role:-
As a Product Operations Specialist, your main responsibility will be to help new employees in the Product team get started at the company. You’ll be involved in onboarding, training, reviewing assignments, and giving feedback. Your goal is to help new employees become productive quickly and support their growth within the company.
This role is a great opportunity to learn or improve your technical skills in SQL and Python, and work closely with different teams such as Recruitment, IT, HR, and Product Management. You will also help with documentation, project tracking, and improving training systems.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate the central training program for new hires.
- Create onboarding plans and work with managers to ensure smooth training.
- Schedule and lead training sessions for various product teams.
- Check and give feedback on assignments in SQL and Python.
- Regularly share updates about new hire performance with managers and HR.
- Solve any onboarding issues by working with the IT and People Operations teams.
- Keep training documents updated in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Review assignments during hiring and help the recruiting team with their goals.
- Take part in other company-wide projects and gather feedback to improve systems.
Who Can Apply?
You are the right fit if:
- You have 1–3 years of work experience (freshers with strong interest can also apply).
- You have some knowledge of SQL or Python (not required but preferred).
- You enjoy working with new people, helping them learn and grow.
- You are good at managing tasks and working with multiple teams.
- You have good communication and organization skills.
- You are able to work between 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM IST.
