Job Description
Sutherland is inviting immediate joiners with excellent English communication skills for its International Non-Voice Process. This is a customer support role where candidates will be assisting global clients through chat and email support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle international chat/email support for customers.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ensure adherence to process quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Undergraduates / Graduates (Any stream).
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with international BPO experience (minimum 8 months preferred).
- Communication: Must be fluent in English.
- Location: Should reside within 25 km radius of office premises.
- Shift Timings: 24/7 rotational shifts, 5-day working with rotational week offs.
- Cab Facility: Two-way cab provided in night shifts (within 25 km).
- Other Requirements:
- Immediate joiners only.
- No virtual interviews.
- Candidates pursuing education are not eligible.
- Outstation candidates are strictly not eligible.
