Role Overview: Support Specialist
As a Support Specialist, you’ll be the frontline of Revolut’s customer support operations. This role goes beyond answering questions – it’s about delivering a WOW experience and ensuring customers get the best support every time. Revolut seeks proactive problem solvers who can think independently, act quickly, and communicate clearly.

What You’ll Do
- Investigate and resolve customer issues using set procedures
- Handle FAQs and troubleshooting independently
- Support basic product functionality and resolve common queries
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) with accuracy
- Ensure consistent quality while meeting service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Communicate simply and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction
What You’ll Need
- 1–3 years of chargeback or customer support experience (preferably in financial services or payment operations)
- Strong grasp of investigation and RCA methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive issues carefully
