Responsibilities
- Handle employee and client questions related to benefits using Zendesk and email.
- Provide helpful, clear, and professional responses regarding benefit plans, claims, enrollments, and billing.
- Manage benefit enrollments, updates for new joiners, terminations, and life events.
- Work with the Accounting team to assist in auditing invoices and supporting payment processes.
- Keep internal documentation updated and organized through tools like Notion.
- Collaborate with teams including Payroll, Legal, Finance, and Lifecycle to ensure accurate processing.
- Support audits and reviews to maintain high data quality and compliance.
- Track and report any issues or inconsistencies found during system checks.
- Suggest improvements to internal support articles and FAQs for better user understanding.
- Promote Remote’s values and contribute positively to team goals and culture.
Eligibility & Skills Required
- A graduate degree in any discipline (HR, Business, or related fields preferred).
- Experience in HR operations, benefits, or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.
