Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and monitoring project plans for business strategic initiatives.
- Support leadership meetings by preparing insights, reports, and tracking organizational priorities.
- Establish and govern performance metrics and KPIs for the department.
- Partner with teams like CEG, GR2R, Finance, and Controllership for aligned financial deliverables.

- Prepare monthly leadership reports and support internal reviews with insights and summaries.
- Drive goal-setting, employee recognition, and engagement activities across the team.
- Draft and design presentations for business reviews, town halls, and leadership events.
- Participate in Business Unit Reviews and leadership discussions.
- Structure and manage internal communication strategies within the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CA/MBA/Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
- 0–3 years of experience in finance, analytics, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboards, and financial tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, especially in presenting insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Experience with business performance metrics and scorecards is preferred.
