Job Overview: Associate Accountant – Fresher
Adwallz is looking for detail-oriented and enthusiastic graduates to join its finance team as Associate Accountants. This role is designed for freshers who want to kickstart their career in accounting and finance while gaining exposure to AI-powered accounting tools.
As an Associate Accountant, you will be trained in bank reconciliations, GST compliance, budgeting, capital management, and internal audits while working directly with Chartered Accountants and finance leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with bank reconciliations and data validation
- Support GST compliance (filing, documentation, records)
- Collaborate with CAs on accounting tasks
- Learn and apply AI-based accounting tools
- Contribute to budgeting and financial planning
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate financial documentation
- Support internal & external audits
Skills Required
- Knowledge of accounting principles & reconciliation
- Familiarity with GST regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel & accounting software
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Interest in AI tools for accounting & finance
- Effective communication & interpersonal abilities
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
✅ 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
✅ Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
✅ Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI tools
Salary & Benefits
💰 Annual CTC: ₹2,03,000 – ₹2,21,000
- Fixed Pay: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,16,000
- Variable Pay: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000
