Role Overview
As an Account Executive – Commercial Sales, you will own a book of accounts, working across both farming (account growth) and hunting (new business) sales motions. Your role will involve building strong account and territory plans, landing new logos, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and achieving quarterly revenue quotas.
This role is remote-first, but candidates must be based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Since the role follows US shift timings (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST), you’ll be closely aligned with international clients and territories.

Key Responsibilities
- Build account and territory plans to identify stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Prospect through cold calling, personalized emails, and social selling to generate leads.
- Apply value-based solution selling methodologies to move prospects through the pipeline.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle—from engagement and solution development to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer engineering, support, success, compliance, and legal.
- Share insights from customers and markets with product and marketing teams to fuel innovation.
What You’ll Need
- 3–6 years of sales experience in complex technology solutions, with strength in either hunting or farming.
- At least 2 years of closing experience with a strong track record of achieving quotas.
- Solid understanding of the SaaS business model and the ability to sell to a technical audience.
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Lusha.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build executive-level relationships.
