About the Role
As part of the Credit Review team within Goldman Sachs’ Risk Division, you will play a key role in independently evaluating the effectiveness of the firm’s credit risk management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting systematic reviews of wholesale credit portfolios.
- Performing independent analysis of counterparties and risk ratings.
- Monitoring credit documentation, policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Preparing quarterly industry reports and identifying emerging risks.
- Supporting the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) with independent assurance.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- 0–3 years’ experience in credit analysis, ratings, corporate finance, or research.
- Knowledge of credit risk, corporate lending, and financial products.
- Understanding of credit/loan documentation and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
