This is a full-time opportunity for professionals with 10+ years of automation and system engineering expertise.
About the Role
As a Systems Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to execute projects in Building Management Systems (BMS), IBMS, HVAC, Fire, Security, and ELV domains. You will manage project lifecycles, ensure delivery within time and budget, maintain quality standards, and act as the technical interface with customers.
This role combines technical excellence, leadership, and people management—driving continuous improvement, mentoring engineers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise engineers to execute hardware/software design, testing, and FAT with customers.
- Review project inputs, specifications, and guide teams on execution.
- Act as technical interface to customers and ensure project success.
- Identify risks, flag issues, and ensure corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct quality checks on deliverables to meet functional specifications.
- Mentor team members, evaluate performance, and support career development.
- Ensure workforce planning, project reviews, and weekly progress updates.
- Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement culture.
Domain Expertise
- BMS – HVAC Systems: Strong hands-on in hardware/software engineering.
- IBMS – Fire, Security & ELV Systems: Expertise in SACS, FAS & ELV technologies.
👥 People Management
- Lead a team of 3–5 engineers.
- Provide technical mentoring, performance reviews, and growth planning.
- Foster collaboration, team building, and change management.
✅ Qualifications
- BE in Instrumentation, Electronics, E&C, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of automation/system engineering experience.
- Strong domain knowledge in BMS, HVAC, Fire, Security, and ELV systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
