About the Role
As a Program Manager at Honeywell, you’ll be responsible for ensuring engineering and functional requirements are met while driving successful program outcomes. You’ll collaborate with global teams, oversee program execution, manage risks, and foster adoption of cutting-edge tools like Teamcenter, Polarion/DRIM, and Rule Stream.
This role offers the chance to work on mission-critical projects that improve productivity, efficiency, and innovation across Honeywell’s diverse business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and define program requirements in alignment with global business goals.
- Oversee development, testing, deployment, and adoption of engineering tools.
- Drive program schedules with clear milestones and deadlines.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Promote adoption of Teamcenter and Rule Stream through training and workshops.
- Collaborate with Enterprise IT (EIT), IT Business Partners (ITBP), and Global Business Entities (GBEs) for program success.
- Monitor productivity goals, analyze performance, and present updates to senior management.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Adherence to program schedules and milestones.
- Effective risk management and mitigation.
- Adoption rate of Teamcenter and Rule Stream across teams.
- Successful collaboration with global stakeholders.
- Achievement of productivity and efficiency targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
You must have:
- 15+ years of experience in program management within engineering or technology.
- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter and Rule Stream.
- Proven success in managing complex programs end-to-end.
- Risk management expertise and strong analytical skills.
