Role Overview
As a System and Application Services Associate, you will play a critical role in helping clients streamline and improve the way they work. This entry-level role offers opportunities to contribute across infrastructure, cloud, application support, low/no-code development, project control, and quality engineering. You’ll be part of a dynamic team solving real-world business challenges through technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your project allocation, your responsibilities may include:
- Infrastructure Managed Services
- Operate and maintain IT infrastructure for both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and efficient.
- Improve services and drive operational effectiveness.
- Application/Cloud Support
- Monitor and maintain applications.
- Diagnose and resolve application or cloud-related issues.
- Project Control Services
- Support technology delivery projects through PMO activities.
- Track deliverables, report progress, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Low/No-Code App Development
- Build applications using drag-and-drop platforms, templates, and workflows.
- Automate internal processes to improve efficiency.
- Quality Engineering
- Design and execute test cases.
- Perform usability testing and prepare test reports.
- Analyze results and collaborate with development teams for improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Non-engineering graduates/postgraduates (B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, etc.) – Passouts up to 2024.
- No active backlogs during application or onboarding.
- Degree should be completed within stipulated time (e.g., BBA in 3 years, M.Sc in 2 years).
- Up to 23 months of prior work experience allowed.
- Must be flexible to work in different shifts, service lines, or business units.
- Willingness to relocate to any Accenture office across India.
- Eligible to work in India (citizenship/work permit requirements apply).
