What Does the Role Involve?
As an ML Data Operations Associate, you’ll play a key part in Amazon’s automation journey. You’ll be part of a team that supports Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers by auditing videos/images of stowing activities.
Your main responsibility? Watch hundreds of short video clips each day, carefully observe the actions, and mark product placements using internal tools to ensure fulfillment centers maintain inventory accuracy.
You’re not expected to code or develop software – but your sharp judgment, attention to detail, and focus will contribute directly to improving the automation processes used at Amazon’s facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Watch and analyze hundreds of short video clips during each shift.
- Use provided tools to verify and mark product locations accurately.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and follow proper practices.
- Work for 6.8 to 7 hours per day on active video analysis.
- Adhere to pre-defined break schedules.
- Maintain a dedicated and private workspace while working remotely.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Have basic knowledge of MS Office Applications and good communication skills.
- Are willing to work in a non-technical, yet highly analytical role.
- Can focus intensely for long periods and identify subtle visual details.
- Are open to working night shifts, weekends, or rotational shifts.
- Can work remotely and also visit the office when needed.
