As an Associate Analyst – CRM & BI, you’ll play a key part in helping the sales operations team make smarter, data-driven decisions. Your main tools will be Salesforce and Power BI, and your job will involve managing CRM data, building dashboards, and supporting business reporting needs.
Whether it’s troubleshooting user issues in Salesforce, handling access requests, or designing reports that help leadership track KPIs—this role gives you end-to-end ownership of reporting.

Key Responsibilities You’ll Handle:
- Be the go-to admin for Salesforce – manage user access, resolve issues, and help users with queries.

- Manage Power BI dashboards and generate reports based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand what kind of data/reporting they need.

- Handle both regular and ad-hoc reporting tasks for the sales ops team.
What You’ll Need to Apply
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field (Engineering/Commerce/Science, etc.)
- 1–3 years of experience working with Salesforce and Power BI
