Role: Associate Technical Support Consultant
Location: India (Remote/Hybrid)
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor automations using Automation Anywhere Control Room and UiPath Orchestrator.
- Troubleshoot, restart, or re-trigger bots when required.
- Raise and manage support tickets in Jira & ServiceNow.
- Update configuration files and assist with bot scheduling.
- Provide support during new client onboarding.
- Interact with international clients (US preferred) and internal teams.
- Actively review and respond to support emails.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical/business experience.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of Windows Servers.
- Hands-on experience in application/product support.
- Preferred: Exposure to US healthcare industry and RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
